We work with company marketing and project personnel to assess win position, technologies, politics, and competitors. Proposal Writing and Reviews |

Our associates' technical, management, and contractual backgrounds position HTA to tackle tough writing challenges (e.g., nuclear weapons handling/assembly/testing, nuclear materials control, worker protection and ES&H, conflict of interest, manufacturing approaches, compliance, production facility design and layout, nuclear quality assurance, and detailed cost proposals). HTA proposal sections,developed using Work Packages, are realistic and experience-based and deliver credibility and compliance to your proposal.
HTA manages, leads, coordinates, participates in, and plans review teams (e.g. red team). Our background in marketing to DOE and DoD provides the ability to examine sales appeal/marketability of your proposal. We review outputs, processes, storyboards, and outlines for proposal process improvements, quality of activities, and compliance.
